It's a great experience of working in Webwiders software solutions.I have learned a lot and my coding skills has been improved a lot.Working environment is very good.Team leader are always there for your help if you are stuck in any manner.

They paid salary on time.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Lake of resources, poor management, lake of understanding about the level employee.They have also need to improve and change the work strategies. Lots of pressure puts on jr. employees. Too much salary negotiation's. At list they can pay for the skills of the employee. Leave policies is not good.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
