There is nothing to like

Dislikes

There's no specific department. Only one person is running the show & he has no idea how things are done. Even after working for 2-3 months he will not pay you saying he does not have money to pay salaries, yet he will continue to hire more people. There's no work culture, I feel this is not even a real company but a fake one. Stay away if he's trying to hire you, he's only there to scam people.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

in this company there is no culture, There is not any department only a single manhandle and most of the issue is his not paying on salary on time. i have had a very bad experience and there is no time to work he can call any time.
