Worst ever experience, they are very much selfish. Management level is worst Mobility manager is very arrogant and dont think even 1% about employee. Helpless management. Salary is not at all close to industry standards. I was working as a intern over there and when i completed 6 months of my internship they did'nt gave me the good salary and when i asked for that they told me this is the criteria for all who completes internship and when i asked for resignation because i dont wanna do work at that salary they told me that we have made you permanent and you have to serve 2 months notice period. Means how the hell Webtrills can do that, i have not signed permanent offer letter, i havent got any mail of getting permanent then how can they make me permanent forcefully. i resigned over there and till now they are not giving me my last month salary and my internship certificates.
