Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafetetia policues are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary us decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
