There are daily challenges and people with self drive can learn a lot, as it is still a growing company. Lot of tools written by the company people themselves. They try to work on latest and best. Lot of energy in the company and crowd there is trying to do something. Very open culture and CEO is seen around the floors talking to people lot of time.

Dislikes

Company run like a family business by few people close to CEO. Either stick with them or be left out of everything in the company. Technology head never gets involved and the rest team acts like they own everything. Senior leadership changed a lot. First year there was none, then there were too many and then they started leaving 1 by 1 over a period of 6 months. You are by yourself here.

Dislikes

Never looked for long term plans and long term goals. Always concentrated on short term goals.

The learning about work is amazing in wadi. Work culture and enviroment is appresiable.

Dislikes

Politics is the worst. They lie about your growth, takeout the work from you and then deny the whole thing at time of appraisals. False promises are commited.

Work Details

Work wise its an ok coompany. You need to figure out the processes yourself. No training is provided, its more like your findings only. No facilities are provided no food and transport provided.
