No work balance. Members were good to work with

Racism, poor management skills no professionalism especially being a sports club.too many pple with less qualifications for a sports club.too much human turnover especially if the HR didn't bring you in

Work Details

It was fun when working with members the administration on the other side was not working. Too much politics, many people brought by HR and if you comment on things going wrong you are surprised when called to explain yourself.anyways
