We are facing financial issues at home during lockdown i spend total 4 years at voyage motors they dindt even paid us half salary during lockdown

Voyage motors managment system is very poor no pf service no salary slip no offer letter no exprince letter after leaving tha company managment system is worst

Work life is good actully i like sales targets and i like royal enfield bikes also ao i deside to join.

Managing director and all employees are superb and that's behavior is really well . Each and every employee support other employees.

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. We can not save the money for our Future because there is no PF and gratuity . And there is no salary parameters. .....Read More

Overall work expirenced was superb at voyage motors because their managing director and all employees behave like a family and all employees has helping nature. I must say there was a superb expirenced at voyage motors.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
