Team of VoxPace was very cooperative & interactive, Management was good and focus on business, the management is open to new ideas and innovation and readily adoptable with new technology, management always appreciate the new idea and try out to implement for business growth

Dislikes

due to new idea work culture was good between management and Team, people are open & ready to share new idea, but as apart of compensation management was on back foot, reimbursement of expenses always delay, project time was uneven because of work pressure. rest all was very good

Work Details

my work was challenging because of trade marketing profile, every month new scheme, new trade offer, cross brand & focus pack promotions, secondary claim settlement, scheme budgeting, planning meeting & coordination with Marketing, brand & sales team etc

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
