Work Details

Job is quite interesting i struggle a bit in beginning as there was no for.al training session. I learnt everything on the job by our manager sir srinivas garu thanks for letting me now my strengths and weaknesses & i am happy with my job up to now

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
