Pay is low but healthy environment is there, we get love from everyone from peons to principal sir....workload is right now high due to naac work...we get salary on time without any delay..and get all the holidays..

Salary is meagre, not paid as per experience and qualifications. There is politics within the college staff. sometimes we are requested to stay for longer hours without any extra pay which is wrong. No appointment letter is given. No pf or esic for contractual staff. Employees even being fully qualified for regular appointment aren't regularised even after working with the organisation for 1 year or more.. they just pay basic salary. No dearness allowance nor any allowance is paid by the management. Poor infrastructure of the college and management and principal sir is very kaiyaa while spending money even when there is necessity....Read More
