New GM Dhaval Thakkar is the biggest reason that the company is loosing it's position in the market. All the best employees have already left the organisation because of him and his non sensical strategies. Other disadvantages are: 50% incentive deduction, 6 days working, low salary wages, no annual increment, no WFH or Hybrid possibility.
