Don't join this company, they will not understand you. This company does not have any work limit that means you have to work here 11-12 hours per day. And company culture is very very bad. After completion of your 3 months probation period, you have to sign 3 years of bond/agreements. If you break the bond you have to pay 5 lacs. Overall, DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY.

No any kind of training and project documentation. And you have to understand the project by analysing the source code.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
