Good internal communication system in place and cascading of Corporate communication to the teams down the line, is very good.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

Upward communication system is very weak. Management review of Projects and connect of the delivery leaders with the teams is very low. Internal communication within the Project teams is also not appreciable.

Company culture - Poor

Work Details

Delivery and Operations responsibility managing a big team. While the culture prevailed at Polaris before merger is far superior as against the culture prevailing post merger scenario.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
