Secondly, the company lacks in providing promotions and appraisals. Despite completing two years, I haven't received a single promotion, and the process for variable pay is unclear and seemingly arbitrary.Furthermore, there aren't many projects available, resulting in many employees being on the bench for extended periods, sometimes up to 2-3 years.
