Flexible work hours. That means u need to work more. No work life balance. Managers treat you like a machine. They just need work. Never care about you. They forget that u have a personal life.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
