I was make good friends and work with good team member.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

There is no appraisal policy if you are on bench on appraisal time. Doesn't matter work whole year of you are in bench there is no appraisal. There is lot of politics are there in management side. Manager doesn't anything about the project. Higher management is very bad behaviour. No one listen your voice in management or HR also. HR doesn't his work.

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Bmc Software or MasterCard , which one to select ?

I have offers from BMC Software, for Product Developer- 1, Fixed 18L + 10 % variable = 19.8L and MasterCard for Software Engineer 2 , Fixed 20L + 7 % variable = 21.4 L , and Joining bonus of 1L = 22.4 L I have around 3 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot , Microservices, Could you please guide, which one should I prefer ?
