Dislikes

Not much help for recertification & training reimbursement. No shift allowance even for night shifts, which is shocking.

Work Details

Decent work and learning as part of my project. Good work-life balance. Average pay. Friendly and supportive culture. But need to manage shift allowances, learning & training reimbursements are missing. Need to work a lot on skills-to-job match.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
