work culture is bad, there is no appreciation of working, they bring urgent work when office time is about to over, they ask to work urgently on same day and not providing overtime. when you complete so called urgent work, it stay on hold for more then a week from there side. they are very strict for morning timing they will yell onyou if you are 10-15 min late. (even you work overtime past days without getting payed overtime). they will hold your increment for more then 5 month. they pay so little. for this kind of slavery. They some time told us to work on weekend....Read More

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
