Likes

The only positive aspect of my time at this company was the camaraderie and support of my colleagues. They made the otherwise unbearable experience slightly tolerable, and I cherish the relationships I built with them. The moments spent bonding with my peers will remain the only good memory of this organization.

Dislikes

Toxic Work Environment: Employees are subjected to constant verbal abuse and degrading language, including unprofessional terms that have no place in a workplace. Unethical Salary Practices: Salaries are delayed regularly with baseless excuses, despite employees being paid below market standards. Unrealistic Targets: The Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process is designed to set employees up for failure, with impossible deadlines and contradictory expectations. Unprofessional Management: Leadership lacks basic decency and communication skills, often resorting to intimidation and public humiliation. Lack of Employee Value: Employees are treated as expendable resources rather than valued contributors. There's no focus on growth, learning, or career development. High Turnover Rate: Constant resignations and terminations indicate the deep-rooted issues within the company. Manipulative Practices: Policies and procedures are twisted to serve the management’s agenda, leaving employees feeling trapped and disrespected. General Chaos: The organization operates with poor planning, a lack of transparency, and zero accountability. Final Thoughts: The company fails to meet even the basic standards of professionalism and employee care. Unless drastic changes are made, it will continue to disappoint anyone who joins with hopes of building a meaningful career....Read More
