Salary is not paid at time. When employee leave this company , management not paid 1-2 month salary. forfeit hard earn money of the employee. No work life balance, no career growth, no hike in salary. Environment of the company is so terrible. No body works here continuously, join the comply work for 3-4 month and leave the company due to non friendly atmosphere.

Vipin garg & company is a leading firm providing consultancy services, auditing services, taxation maters and other services like brand valuation, cost benefit analysis and also work on ERP system. we can take so much of benefits like personality development, excel commands and communication skills.

Dislikes

I dislike their budget system. sometimes it irritates you.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
