I have worked in this company around 6 months but nothing to be liked honestly.

Typical indian mindset company, company gives you moderate salary LPA not as high as expected but they will squeeze your mental and physical health. Company is giving you the good salary that means you are a slave for this company. There are many cons not to join this company in Vadodara or Pune location. 1) All the upper managementteams directors, VP and all are from the one company i.e. Magnit. 2) Fixed night shift, we have to work in EST timezone if the female employee is working in est/pst timezone for them wfh and for man fixed wfo. Great nepotism and partiality. 3) Even, if you talk with the VP or director very unethical behaviour/unethical way of talking with the employees. 4) Chirag Desai who is VP of the company previously he was working with the Magnit company even on the public holidays or national holidays he want us to work due to lack of resources without any prior notice/formal mail. 5) Work life balance is 0, if you are married or single doesn't matter there is fixed punch in time but no punch out time. 6) Even on the weekends or holidays you have to work due to lack of resources. 7) We have to beg for the one day or two day wfh. 8) If it's raining heavily or you are in the flood no wfh you have to come to the office and work physically. 10) Company can fire you anytime because while working in this company I have seen 2-3 employees were fired in my team without any proper conversation....Read More
