This company does not have any policy. No rule, no management and bunch of illiterate persons are handling the whole departments of the company according to own way. The most important thing is that the CMD(owner) of this company is very rude and always like flatter type people.

Dislikes

No training, no job security and no career growth, very poor work environment, no medical and health benifits for employees, there is nothing to learn, no safety equipments for employees, very hectic working 12 hours almost it varries till 24 hours and somtimes ends at 36-40 hours.
