Nothing is good about this organization. This organization is full of fake people.

Worst organization to work with. The senior management is full of idiots specially their founder is a double faced lady. They eats their employees hard earn money. Never seen a single employees leaving this place at ease. They unnecessarily creates problems so that they can eat their fnf money.

Highly underpaid, staff is technically incompetent and too dependent for minor things as well. Less human resources, more person driven than process driven, authoritative culture, no defined KRA, you can not say no to perform random unexpected errands, least flexibility to improve process and very slow pace of improvement. Work Details

Work come unexpectedly, unplanned and numerous Sundays you need to go to office. Leave policy is different for employees. For new joiners it is only 8 in an year that too in installments. Frequent errors in salary disbursement and salary comes very late.
