Way of handling by Principal, Job Security, Teacher's Children Education policy, Colleagues co-ordination, The school is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Way of handling the teachers by Principal, Job security, Teacher's children education policy, etc. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
