Consultancy was great, management support was good,managed in a good manner. material management was fast and accurate.

Dislikes

Workers welfare was not taken into consideration, working hours were more than 15hours, board of directors interfere was unnecessarily more than required.

Working as an incharge of whole construction of factory. Raised indent for required materials in advance.proper execution has been assured.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
