I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Worst company... If you are graduate then don't go in this company... Ssc failed manager is there... He doesn't know how to behave professionally...instead of doing work he plays rummy(mobile)in office.. Many employees wanted to resign bcz of his unprofessional behavior...except work they don't care anyone's health issues even theyrun office on Sunday's also... If any one refuse to come then they will target that person finally it may lead to termination or resignation....coming to salaries u have to wait at least one month or 2 month's to get salary... They don't gives salaries on time.... Thank you...Read More
