High level of politics by management . They create the scene on small things. No respect for employees. Shouting in front of everyone . Keeping watch on every moments of staff. interfering in personal life of employees . Job security is zero. Salary deduction on late coming . Not disclosing the same while offering the job. The staff is good but upper level staff are not good they just don’t listen to the employee.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is okay but the growth is bad.

Work Details

They have removed the Travel company but no one is aware of it in the market. When you try to tell them something they don’t implement it.
