Job security will always be concern though it never affected India in last 6 years. Salary will be good in renewables industry but it will be avg if compared to other industries

Great people centric organization with a lot of focus to employee safety. Good benefits and work life balance. Lot of opportunities for travel.

Job security is very poor and system wise it is not great. If you happen to work before in an automative organization before then you will struggle fitting in.
