Job Description
- Anchor point and driver in the region for procurement continuous improvement, i.e., process, policy, key terms and conditions
- Manage regional procurement compliance program via close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders and business functions
- Identify levers to optimize the competitiveness of our key turbine configurations and plant solutions
- Oversee Procurement Performance Management (KPI scorecard development, analysis, reporting)
- Anchor point for capability building in the region
- Implement digitalization strategy and roadmap in the region
Qualifications
- 11+ years of total industry experience with 5+ years of relevant working experience in Supply chain domains: Procurement, Sourcing, Project Management
- Excel at data analysis and high presentation skill
- Bachelors degree in Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Statistics
- Working experience in a cross-cultural environment, handling international stakeholders
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
