Shit management, doesn't approve leaves, doesn't give hikes for the employees, unqualified people hold higher positions who doens't know how to speak English in an organisation, unprofessional, management will sack employees just like that, no public holidays, toxic environment to work, over w ork, toxic management, they won't approve leaves but they will deduct money from the salary and asks employees to work after the shift is over</mark>. Work environment is good as what we give comes back to us ,like if you are good everyone will be good if you are bad everyone will be bad ,so that will be baised on your own behaviour whichever place you are at .and management is cooperative and we can balance our work and life at the same time because the office timings are from 11:30 am to 08:30 pm .and even learned how to manage things like Solving problems,email writing and even talking to the Fee earners directly who are in UK can be a good Add on for our communication,and this helps us in doveloping our skills like communication skills,instant decistion making ....Read More
