Lot of opportunity to prove your skills, and speedily expanding organisation.

Dislikes

Management has low trust on new employees. Few old employees drive all decisions. Decisions are changes very quickly without looking for their implications. Working hours is another concern. Min 10 hrs are compulsory. And many weekends are also consumed. So no work life balance

Work Details

This organisation has lot of scope to implement good mfg practices and systems. But as al team members are new, management needs to give time for the team to learn and then deliver.
