I was take here as a GET and now i am working as a store manager and work with production department as a GET.job is good and all the members are formal. Also i was know about IT technique as well as technical exp.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
