The Vectrus management system was great, therefore any employee who was deployed there they were very happy.

the only thing i don't like about that the company had the reservation system for american and not for other countris peoples.

I wass working as travel cordinator, I was booking the flight for our emplyees Bagram to Dubai and Dubai to Bagram which was suppose to be booked for each employee's within 90 days (or even more frequent) if any medical or emergency occur.

It ha s a very reponsible and punctual working culture and the company always focus on the worker's safety at work.

There is no such individual appreciation for the job. Always they appreciate as a group. Although it's not bad but still they don't clarify or recognise individual quality or ability.

As i am working as a Supply Supervisor, i have a lot of responsibility. Mainly they depend upon me for the production report. I have the duty to train the new personnel who are coming for the job. The workload is very high and challenging.
