This company deceive you very well. This is service based company with zero product mindset. Extremely harrowing experience. Company bills some dollars from us company and keeps major portion with them and hands the remaining to employees They do not have any mindset to treat employees well. Extreme level of micro management, vice president and managers rather than giving technical guidance , they calculate the time an employee spends in washroom. They don't trust employee, first company in the country which doesn't give offer letter. There are chances that what Madhu says on call could mismatch when u receive offer after joining. Huge opportunity to learn. Most of the work is product development work and you end up working directly with portfolio company’s senior leaders in US. The company has a very nice culture and you can speak to any of the senior member including the CEO of the company. We keep getting so many CTOs and CEOs visit from US and France. I am told that it has increased this year and it’s so cool to talk to them face to face. I was scared to join after seeing some negative comments but I then spoke to one friend of my friend who is working there for last 1.5 years who gave a very positive feedback. After joining I found at least 4 other people who were worried like me after seeing the negative comments. I am so happy that I spoke to an existing employee and got the right feedback. Rapidly growing organization. In last 5-6 months team has almost doubled. Unique Private Equity setup where we work directly with the Portfolio companies' tech teams, and get to work with CXOs very closely. Although it is a young org, because it is a subsidiary of a Private Equity company, there is stability, and growth.

Dislikes

For me personally, the dynamic environment is a challenge that I like and I thrive in, but fast pace and "mission driven" life is not for everyone. So if you're looking for a 9-5 with no growth, this may not be the place for you.

The salary hikes are minimal, and the work environment is akin to a school, requiring permission for short breaks. The extreme micromanagement is stressful, and there are very few leaves. Basic insurance, tax-saving options, cab services, and medical facilities are all lacking. Broadband bills are not reimbursed. Labor department, please help. I like the fact that we are constantly being pushed to do better and be a better version of ourselves. The culture is a flat one, where everyone is approachable, no matter how senior / junior you are. Opinions are valued. A very good place to get business understanding as there is constant interactions with CxOs and we understand how they think about businesses and run them.
