I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. You can get a job security even after giving performance but the growth seeker should not go for it. Team leaders and the manager are very supportive and frank which is the best part and on the other hand sat - sun + 2.5 day per month extra leave makes most of the employees to be consistent. However if the one is seeking growth and increment then it wouldn't be worthwhile.
