No job security you can be fired without no reason, the boss of the company expects you to be a slave not an employee. You could be overloaded with the work which is not related to your job role, and last but not least you will never get your salary on time, you have to request many times for salary every month.

Dislikes

No job security, you have to work more than your duty hours, you can be blammed for any reason without your fault, you can be forced to leave your job. You will never get your salary on time. The MD of company is expecting you to be a slave not an employee.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
