The team was patient and knowledgeable

Dislikes

The work culture feels overly focused on productivity without considering employee well-being. Communication and behavior towards staff could be more respectful, and the low salaries with no regular hikes are demotivating.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
