Value labs has morning shifts plus sometime its good and pressure is less

Projects are of short period. Most of the projects releases employees to bench. Although there are other project and support is good in getting another project.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
