11+ yrs of tenure at ValueLabs, there is not much I can say I like something here. Policies kept changing over time and job security became worst.

Dislikes

No proper career growth plan, no proper upskilling opportunities, onsite travel is limited. zero Learning Forcing employees to accept the notice period change from 60 to 90 days

No job security and no backing even you worked for more than 5 years. Company policies will change person to person and then there is no chance for company wide policies.Management Will back only the employees who always clean their shoes and not the real skilled ones.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up.
