The management is playing politics now, whomsoever they like they are keeping them and throwing out the other employees...not even considering how hard work you are doing, giving more then 15 hrs per day working on saturday sunday, also then they are putting in behaviour PIP, because they want you to handle both the projects internal and client project too.

Dislikes

the day is not so far...nobody will join this company because of worst management.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
