As much as I liked the time with my co-workers here, there is no Job security/growth/appraisals.

Dislikes

There is very little acknowledgment for the hardwork that you put yourself into for this company let alone any appreciation for it. It is very demoralizing and you constantly feel like a disposable part of this cooperation.
