Have good team work.

Dislikes

Don't have work timing.while joining work time is 9_6pm .but if have more work extend the time till 8 pm.but don't have OT charges . timing is according to manager.over all what they told while recruiting is not liable with work situation. No job security.if manager want to favor the person he hold them even mistakes are happened..if he doesn't like person he terminate for silly reasons.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
