I enjoyed working in the company. The employees here are very nice and honest. Everyone works together when there is any problem. If this thing is taken care of in the future, it will be better for everyone. Rest, I got a very good experience of working with everyone all these years. There is no discrimination in the mind of any employee.

The management system here is very bad. Any employee is used for any personal work. Like bringing tiffin from the boss's house. Boss's tambacco and many other things are done. Due to which all the employees are demotivated. All the employees go to office from work. There is no problem in having it for a day or two. But this thing always seems bad to everyone. Because of which many employee jobs were stolen. And there is no increment for any employee in this time. One always has to go and speak to the boss about this thing.
