1. Fresh candidates are given opportunities equivalent as experienced employees 2. Freedom of learning new technical skills 3. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
