Honestly speaking, I appreciate the management at VA Talks. It is rare to find a private limited company in Kolkata that has consistently followed its management policies after the lockdown, including salary structure, PF/ESI, leave policies, and a five-day workweek with Saturdays and Sundays off. My personal favorite aspect is thatno one disturbs you during your leave or holidays. I am not trying to impress anyone, but I genuinely admire Sam Sir (Sanjay Gupta), the Founder and CEO, who has always supported me in any situation.
