Very nice environment. Sir and Madam give freedom to do work. They suggested every article for self learning basis. So it helped a lot in my career. When you learn on self learning basis the knowledge you get is long lasting. If articles unable to understand anything then they clarify each and every small doubt.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
