Likes

Boss nature and freedom. When i was working there, we were only 3 mens staffs (1-Boss,2nd me,3rd-other). So that was CA firm and working there be like no extra work pressure, no target, no other kind of problem. Boss was supportive.

Work satisfaction - Excellent

Dislikes

Boss nature. I have worked for 3 years . After lockdown i was operating that firm solo. Because boss was busy somewhere for almost 6-9 months (2020) and 2nd employee already Resigned (Nov-2020) . After several months he told me to do work from home and suddenly closed that firm and escaped without pay off my 5 months salary. Even he is not picking up my phone call yet.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
