Likes: I am working as onsite software support engineer. Team mates are helpful through remote only . We have chance to learn technology easily. Technology that you are learning based on your site. We can capture knowledge under pressure.
Dislikes: There is no future as an onsite support engineer in the case of career and salary If you are not upgraded. Otherwise company not consider as regular employee. They will not provide proper training onsite support staff. But your job will secure for at least 3 years.
