don't pay travel allowance which was promised. you are to work on holidays. toxic and demean you among colleagues, abusive language used and self esteem brought down. have made many cry and leave the job. the office politics, asking money when you are even 1 minute late. spiteful and no believing of you by management.

There is no professional management and work culture is very bad I feel like that I'm not working as a Branch Sales Manager but I feel like that I'm working as a Sales executive because of management will not provide the Team and if you will referred some candidate for the Team then management can't hired and after this management will speak to you that 40 account should be sourced by you and this is not logical point so I'm very disappointed by the management...Read More

In above mentioned rating, i don't want to give single rating. My experience was too bad in your bank. My sitting was in rohtak branch and my reporting manager

Now I come in to branch head in rohtak branch. Inka bhi bhut bda hath hai sabki job khane Me. And meri to job hi kha gye ye. And sabse important thing inki branch me bsm Or Branch head ki hi nhi banti koi ek dusre ko dekh kar rajji nahi hai to ye log apni team ko kya dekh skte. Inki nok jhok se team disturb hoti thi even team bhi mjak udati thi agar esa hi rha to ye banking system hi khrab kr dege. Or ab to inke customers tak bhi baat phuch gyi ki kitne cheap employees hai ye. Some customer ne ye thaan lia hai ki ve yha ab or banking nhi krege. Becoz jo employees apne customer ko achi service dete unhe to ye log branch se unke sath haarasment krke nikal dete hai. Mai abi bhi yhi khugi mjhe branch head ne Harrsment dikha ke mjhe nikala hai branch se mai ye job chordna nhi chahti thi. It wass too bad experience. Becoz in logo ne mera carrier shuru hone se phle hi khrab kar dia. And the branch head of rohtak ine to time ka hi nhi pta inko koi puchne vala nhi hai ek branch head hote hue bhi 4 bje nikl jate hai branch se ghr ke lie.
