One of the worst experience one can get on his/her career if he/she joins UTC . They fire employees unethically, moreover in interview they will say many things about increment , bonous ,etc but neither they gave nor they will give . In this company a employee has to beg for his/her salary on the salary date which is also on 10th ofevery month and they never gave salary on time . Boss will use ofensive language to employees.is 😂Here employee has to figure out what work to be done next and if you ask them what to do next they say that is your responsibility not mine😂 And their existing policy is also a headache....Read More
